Antique Pittsburgh or New England Pressed Lacy Flint Glass California Sugar Bowl

Offered for sale is a very nice antique colorless glass sugar bowl manufactured in either Pittsburgh or New England during the early 1800s.  The sugar bowl is in the California pattern and it stands about 5 7/8" in tall.
The overall condition of the sugar bowl is very good.  It has standard tiny chips and flakes to the rim with one minor chip to the top of a corner.  There is also a small flake to the underside of the base rim and a 1/2" chip to the underside of the lid.  The clarity is very good and the impressed pattern details are sharp.  You can expect to find the standard imperfections associated with older glass to include airbubbles, strawmarks, surface scratches, inclusions, etc.
