Fujinon RMD-20 Lens Remote Control Unit and Libra A10x10BMD-D24 CCD Lens servo controller (1:1.6/10-100mm). I have not personally tested the units, but obtained them from a fully operational camera used in a professional setting. The units are in very nice condition.
