Harmonic Technologies Divicom HD MV-500 MPEG2 High Definition encoder.  Powers up, boots from flash, has a fault indicator, I think because there was no input signal connected.  This unit was retired from a working broadcast studio environment following upgrades.  There is a scratch right in the middle of the display on the plastic lens, you can read through it, but it is in a noticeable spot.  Otherwise the physical condition is great, no bent or broken connectors.  Great for a studio spare, or for parts, as all the small buttons and arrows are in great condition.
