You are looking at a brand new Montblanc 75th Anniversary Ballpoint pen with Diamond
Comes in the special 75th Anniversary Montblanc box with unstamped undated Montblanc warranty booklet.
This is the biggest size in the Montblanc Ballpoint pens. ( considered as Legrand size in the Fountain and Rollerball pens ) but there is no Legrand in the ballpoint version.
I have the same model in classic size ( regular size ) and the Mozart ( it’s the short and smallest size )

This one is the middle size it’s the biggest size
That was a store display and the pen may have a very light unnoticeable hairline scratches.
The box not in a good shape as this is a new old stock
The label on the box is a bit scratched
