The Montblanc Artisan Collection "Magic Beauty" takes its artistic inspiration from
Hans Christian Andersen
fairy tale "The Ugly Duckling'. This exlusive and rare creation features a beak in 18 carat gold breaking through the beautiful
craquele
finish as it was emerging from an eggshell.
An uncommon pen, perhaps Montblanc's most playful creation (164 size).
Gold-plated barrel, mother-of-pearl captop star, enamel cap with crazed pattern, suggesting a cracked egg. 18 K Tiny gold duckbill protrudes from break in eggshell.
Some say that just 75 specimen have been produced (unconfirmed).
As a mark of its uniqueness, this Artisan creation bears an individual number certifying its origin and authenticity.

Excellent used condition. Few signs of use and handling micro-scratches to the barrel,
fully working and ready to write with. No box and no papers.
